Most orders are shipped within 3 business day. If your order is placed on weekend, the shipment will be out on Tuesday or Wednesday.
We always ship by registered airmail. If you'd like to use carriers like UPS or FedEx, please contact us. Tracking number is provided to every shipment and can be tracked from Thailand Post website.
If you would like to have item insured, please also contact us.
If you don't see your country listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please be reminded that International orders may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. The shipment often arrives your your country sooner but the custom may hold the item for import tax. Please contact us if you have not received your item within 4 weeks and we will start looking into the matter.
**Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that we will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.**

How can I track my order?

Simply click on the order status link and sign onto the site. You will be able to see the status of your order and a tracking link will appear once the order has shipped or check your tracking number at Thailand Post website.

How do I cancel or change an order?

It takes 2-3 days to pack and ship your order after it has been placed. If requested, we will do our best to stop your order before it has shipped. However, once it has shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel your order. You will have to follow the return policy below.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be made if item is returned within 5 days, shipping at buyers expense. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. A reason must be given for the return (ie. not as described) There is a 15% restocking fee on returns, which will be deducted from your purchase price. Please let us know immediately if an item does not arrive or is damaged so that we can contact the postal service and get the problem resolved.
